Feelings

We are all emotional creatures, subject to changes in mood and thoughts. Being in touch with this has never been more important than today. Businesses are now placing a huge emphasis on mental health, wellbeing and de-stressing. With children we can lay the foundations by helping them be aware of their feelings and highlighting their role and importance in life.
Each of the coaching cards below takes no more than five minutes and requires zero preparation. Since they are broadly for 5 - 15 year olds, we have tagged them as easy / medium / hard to help you pick the most appropriate for your child.
